Scope anti-cant device/level?

I attended a local long range shooting match this past weekend. A LOT of the rifles used, had this, or some similar device mounted on the scope.

Anyone here use them?

I have been wanting a Knights Armament level for my M203. My PSQ-18 has one in the electronics. The new Matbock ACQUIRE READ DEPLOY SIGHT has one internally too.
