Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Default A great present

I'll break it in on Birria de Res Tacos, and I mean a full pot.

I have two of those. One, a Lodge, I bought brand new. The other, my mom gave to me. I don't know where it came from, as it was always there when I was a kid. Beans, chile, stew, whatever else always got cooked in it.

We have a 4 qt. I can't remember which family it was handed down from, mine or my wife's but we've had it for a long time.

My wife cooks the best fried chicken in it.

Dutch ovens rock. They will cook anything a stove or oven will, and do it as well or better. I have seven of them in various sizes, also cast iron frying pans. I lovem.

Dutch ovens always remind me of Boy Scouts. I learned to cook different kinds of tasty grub in them over an open fire.

I have plenty things planned Kentucky Burgoo, gumbo, chuck roast pot roast, beans, Étouffée, chili.

I have been buying marked down oxtails & short ribs that I'll be smothering with onions & peppers. The big question is mashed potatoes, rice or egg noodles.

It should do a great job frying, chicken Fish, CFS.

Nice! I have two 5 Qt cast iron Dutch Ovens. One is a ceramic coated one, the other was made by Lodge.

I've had them both for a while now, but still haven't used them. I guess I find it easier to smoke baked beans in a disposable aluminum 9 x 13 pan.
