Welcome.
Are we gonna announce anything about Lobby Day in the VA-Alert anytime soon? Or is the state house still hiding behind the fake pandemic excuse so they don't have to suffer us rubes visiting their offices anymore? |

First thing in the morning before the wife lets him out he will come over to my recliner for some scratching & petting. Evening he comes around if he has an itch. |

Beautiful dog! Long story short my wife brought home a "foster puppy" and didn't tell me about it, I was pissed and only because we already had enough animals she had trouble taking care of...(I work alot) She brought home an unknown mix breed at the time. She could literally fit in the palm of my hand, not more than 4-6 weeks old. She was covered in fleas, scabs, had worm bad and was under weight like crazy.... Well, she ended up working her way into my heart, now, she is "my" pup. She wont leave my side for the most part. Sometimes she wants to sit with "mom" but for the most parts she sits on the couch with me. Hell, she even sleeps in bed with us and I never let dogs do that, but she is all of 18lbs. Then.... [IMG][/IMG] Now...(in her favorite spot while I'm watching TV) [IMG][/IMG] She's a beagle Chihuahua mix but the beagle is definitely the dominent breed in her! |

Dogs have a way with people.
After my last dog died 10 years go I said, no more dogs...well my daughter 11 at the time said "Not fair, my brothers had dogs growing up and I deserve one", she arrived 17 years after her younger brother, so my wife agreed with her. We got a female Lhasa Apso who's bipolar, she may be playing with you and then growl and bite you but she's stuck to me all the time. 10 years old and they live to be 17-18 so we have ways to go. They are excellent guard dogs, monks in Tibet bred them as such, they don't let a stranger get close and will bark if one comes into the house but other than that it's a quiet breed requiring a lot of grooming. |
