Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Default Godzilla minus One

Heard it's worth seeing in the theaters, a throwback to the old style special effects with minimal CGI. Anyone seen it?

No way. Our parents used to drop us off at the theater on Sat. afternoon to get rid of us for the day. Not so much Godzilla but those science fiction space movies I still wake up in a cold sweat from.
'First man in space' 'Man on the moon' holy sheeet we were under the seats screaming.

I’m really tempted to, but I doubt anyone in my family would want to.

Hate going to the theater by myself

There's a theater in town with leather Lazeboy recliners for seats and all-you-can-eat popcorn and fountain drinks. Plus, they have a zero tolerance policy for anyone being disruptive. Cell phones, screaming kids, niqqers, etc - making noise? You aren't asked to be quiet, you are told to leave.

I went and saw it. The creature effects and action sequences are phenomenal, though the story progression was real talky and a bit slow. English subtitles, too.

I once read that the fellow who wore the original 375 pound rubber Godzilla suit was one tough guy. He could not see where he was going at all...and it was both HOT and SUFFOCATING to wear.

The Wizard of Oz 'Jack Haley' the Tin Man. Shows up on set their ready to film and old Jack drops to the floor and starts doing the dying alligator.
Crew thinks its part of the film and everyone keeps doing their own thing.
Finally someone says this ain't right and takes poor Jack's helmet off. Think his body temp. clocked in around 160 degs.?
They had to cut holes in the back of the suit so poor Jack did not become a baked potato.

Wife and I just went and watched Godzilla-1. If you're into Godzilla movies, this is a good one. Gojira does rack up a kill count. This is not one of the "Godzilla is our friend and protects us" type movies. More like a stompy chompy blow you up type of movie.

My wife would want to go see something & every time some n!qqers or chilishitters would start fucking up. Then I'd call them on their shit & the wife would say we going to get jumped when we leave. I say do our know the capacity of the Sig 226? Then she would smile & get all lovey dovey with me being her protector.

This sort of "upscale" theater is really the way to go. It would be worth the extra bucks in exchange for comfort and a civilized audience.

The last theater I entered was actually in Kuwait on an Army base during a deployment in 2008. I was there for a couple weeks and had some time to kill. None of the movies were any good but I liked that the theater was virtually empty, dead quiet and relaxing.
