Easy Loco Moco Recipe

We got to Hawaii and on the very first day my wife wanted to eat a Loco Moco so we stopped at a local joint , I ate something else, she had one, later that night I hear her get up and go to the restroom and I heard her fall, she passed out for a few minutes, came back feeling like shit, I was afraid our vacation was ruined, then I remember she had her gall bladder gone a few years ago, I guess all that grease did her in. She was OK by the next day. No more Loco Moco for her.

Some time back a friend of a friend was here having dinner, we had just met and were doing our plans for fishing the next day. I did steaks and salad for all. Few hours later I hear and ambooolance screaming through town. Yup on the way to pick this guy up.
Gall bladder was removed and the idiot was not supposed to eat salad. Whoops he damn near died.
