Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Cool Chili........

My kids and their families LOVE 'Papa's Chili'.

At 1800 hrs this evening, I was notified that my grandson Sam has 'no practice' tomorrow, and that both kids and their families will be here so we can have 'Our Christmas'.

Due to such short notice, and not having any ground beef or stew meat thawed out (or many of the other supplies needed to make chili), I ran to the grocery store and bought everything needed.

Meat is browned, everything is mixed together, and in the crockpot on 'High' for a few hours. I'll turn it down to 'Low', and give it a good stir, just before I go to bed.

Due to our kids living 40 miles away from us (one east, the other west), we're practically smack dead center between them. Mara (oldest granddaughter, is involved with band), and Sam (oldest grandson, involved in wrestling, basketball, softball), it's tough to find the time for all of us to get together.

I tasted the chili. Man is it ever GOOD! I actually think I outdid myself. I changed up a couple spices that I sprinkle on the meat when I start browning it. Nothing too spicy, just a little more 'zing' than usual, with minimal carry over.
