Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Default A change of pace breakfast

Out here decent bagels don't happen, so I used toasted sour dough bread. I was still half a sleep & forgot the red onion. The store was out of capers. I had the market manager get me a case of lox. $9.99 per package and that's a package used in the picture. A nice change of pace that simple to make. I do think I like it better without the avocado.

Pickled red onions would be the way to go.
Looks great.

I could eat salmon every day and not get tired of it.

The wild-caught, previously frozen Alaskan salmon fillet I bought to smoke from Costco went off before I got it salted down.

The dog and the chickens liked it, though.

I have left over boiled shrimp from yesterday & have thought about shrimp & grits for this morning. Then again I bought a tomato to use with the cream cheese & loxs. The tomato might be better on the ciabatta roll the sough dough. I hope the store has capers next trip.

At a certain time of the year Publix has whole fillets of Coho Salmon, wild caught for like $17.00 when I see it I get a couple, they don't last here. You have to remove the skin but that's easy with a good knife or leave it on if you don't care. They are on a separate freezer away from seafood so I always go check it out.
