New reflex sight
I got a new sight for a pistol I have coming. The sight is a Trijicon RMR (Ruggedized Miniature Reflex)
This is the adjustable brightness version.

It's a "Jesus" sight. Better to kill ragheads with.
2 Peter 1:19 - And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. Trijicon doesn't put Bible verses on the ones that they sell to the military anymore. But they still put the verses on all others. |

I wonder how those holographic sights work - must have a ghost inside trying to work off his penance so that he can get out of purgatory. What if the RMR that I buy has the hologram created by a lazy NGR ghost? Then he might not turn the red dot on for me when I need it most like when a skunk is crossing the back yard.

I bought an Osprey just to check them out before I get a good reflex. Didn't work. Gunshows this weekend and i'll be looking for the dealer that sold it to me. Have the receipt. I really like the concept tho and since most AR's are flattops these days I thought i'd check em out.

Inexpensive (cheap) red dots are pretty much a waste of money.
The Vortex Optics Sparc II has a good reputation for a low price optic for an AR-15. Also the Vortex Optics StrikeFire 2 |

Annd I swapped out for a for a higher priced 1-6 reticle. At least this one has crosshairs so I can see. Better than the round thing on the flat top i've got already placed good iron sights on. Its good. Till the next gunshow when I see the kid.
