pressure canning...
A few years back I wanted to preserve food without needing electric just incase the grid went out, and also canning keeps food better longer than freezing....here are a few pictures...the meat is either beef or venison....whats nice is after cooking the worse cuts of meat are tender and the fat from venison is rendered at the higher temps and stays a liquid when cooled, otherwise its like candle wax inedible..
