Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Your making me hungry damn it boon and I am trying to loose weight. I love smoked meat smoked turkey not so much. Now about smoking our food?
I watch 'Townsend' on Youtube and he is a historian does segments on life in the 1700s and early 1800s. Weapons medicine their homes etc.
Just watched one on their cooking over open fires which they did not have much choice of. Every meal was smoked this or that whatever they cooked was smoke tasting.
They got sick and tired of smoked and he did a segment on the ovens and reflectors used to keep the smoke out of their foods. Now we work at cooking it that way again and buy equipment to do it with.

No not really it's just vittles around here! Perhaps when I get around to doing bacon jalapeño wrapped shrimp you can make that claim.

Funny thing about that Kamado the wife can not lift the lid! Yesterday between lifting the lid cooking & spraying outside the house for insects my back is hurting like a mofo!

Did 2 slabs of pork spare ribs yesterday. Made a scratch whiskey BBQ sauce for them. It's about time to have a few for lunch. Funny how a few minutes of microwaving can make the house smell so good!
