Stuff?
When I don't know what it is, I just call it, "stuff".
This morning, I cut up some grilled hotdogs and fried them in bacon grease to slightly crisp. Then, I sliced up a fresh habenero pepper from the garden, and finely diced it. I put 4 (bantam) eggs in a bowl and added the pepper and whipped them up real good. Then added some carmelized onions to the eggs and took the hotdogs out of the grease and added them to the egg mixture. Poured some of the grease out of the pan, turned down the heat, then added the egg mixture and remembered I wanted cheese. So, I tossed a couple slices of pasturized processed cheese food into the pan and started stirring it all together until I liked the consistency. I like my scrambled eggs slightly runny, but it is hard to tell with the melted cheese in them. Put it all in a bowl and heated up some small tortillas and made tacos out of the "stuff". I don't know if it was the habenero that added the kick, or the Datil Pepper seasoning that added the kick. Either way, I had tears in my eyes. But it was GOOD!

Sounds like pretty good breakfast tacos.
Dice up a little potato and boil it until it's tender and add that to the mix and it'll be even better.

That 'stuff' sounds pretty good and would serve as breakfast and lunch for me. My wife would roll her eyes and laugh at me, her being a pescitarian.
Heat is good.
