Default Dinner
Since today was rainy and dark it seemed like a good time to have some chili. So my wife cooked us some black bean chili and corn fritters. The eggs baked on top were just great.

The pictures aren't so good but dinner sure was.

Never heard of putting eggs in chili, but it sure looks good.

I might have to make some chili using black beans. I've always used pintos.
