My New Pool Landscape:
Got rid of over 100 Areca palm trees that were messy as hell and decided to do something simple. Now I need a truckload of mulch.

Looking good, Fred! What are the plants you put in?

I have two sets of dual Robellini palms and two Sylvester Palms, the rest are Bromeliads and Agave varieties that I had laying around, I pulled some from a house I'm selling that the buyer didn't want and some from my mother's place. I have a pallet of red mulch coming in at 0900 tomorrow with 70 bags. I lifted a wheelbarrow yesterday with 450 lbs of marble rocks and my back is almost out, I've got plenty of beer if anyone wants to come help tomorrow....
I'm looking for easy maintenance landscape...I'm getting old. |

The fence is new, the pool is not, but it was refinished a couple years ago
I'll post a picture of the whole thing once it's all done. |

I love Cuban food to, we have to talk nice to his pretty wife. Fred what kind of mulch will you be putting down? Think? other than cedar chips, insects love that mulch.

That's what insecticide was made for.
I'm done, all 70 bags laid with weed blocker underneath. My back is a gonner tonight. Advil to the rescue. Looks purdy, pics will follow later, it's too dark outside. |
