Rotisserie roasted pork roast
I'm making this for dinner tonight. I'll have rice and veggies on the side.
Cooking it on a stand-alone countertop electric grill that was given to me. http://www.dadcooksdinner.com/2010/0...siu-style.html

Looks good. I'd like to get a rotisserie for my Weber grill.

We had a big ham, covered with fresh sliced pineapple.
Dang, those two sure do go good together! Yum! |

Rotisserie cooked meat is just delicious. I have a rotisserie for my Char Broil gas grill that I use every once in a while.

Rusty stood up to the counter, cleaned up the spuds and was in the process of reaching the ham when grandma caught him. Wow, you talk about giving a dog a whipping! I didn't even get out of my recliner, figured she could handle the problem. Man! Was she pissed at that dog. If the ham hadn't been pushed all the way to the back of the counter it would have been dog food. A little later I gave him a treat, fed him a raw carrot, he loves 'em. |

It was good! That little table-top rotisserie cooker worked slick as all get out.
The store had pork loins on sale, so I picked up a big one to roast the same way. Maybe I'll try a different recipe from the same website. |
