A 12 foot gator can do some serious damage when cornered.

Heck, "The Swamp People" ketch bigger ones that that.
Just two guys, most time with only a .22 the off 'em.

Speaking of Swamp People, in the latest episode, that crazy kid, Willy, has started hunting by himself. That boy worries me. He'll do anything.

Golf ball size brain, good rest, while they be sunning themselves on the bank. 06 aint really needed. But they don't hunt them that way in America to the best of my knowledge.

You're right, Boon, and down in the swamps the "other bank" ain't nothing but lily pads. One more reason I wouldn't hunt them in less than a gunboat.

One of Weissmuller's films was done rite up the road here at Silver Springs.
Years ago. They let a bunch of, some kind of big monkeys loose for the backdrop scene.
Well the monkeys decided they liked the A.O.. They just tried too dart one over in Ocala the other day. Their still reproducing and kicken.
I never saw one. But guys live on the river say they hear them screaming and howling a lot.
