Would be interesting to try. Wonder how the arrows flight path is affected by the shape and weight of the broadhead as opposed to a more traditional arrow tip.

Also would like to see what happens if you miss your target and hit say a tree or rock if the bullet would ricochet and be a hazard.

It wouldn't be any more dangerous than if you miss the target with a rifle or pistol.

Dad had some DIY books from the fifties, they showed how to do this with rifle cartridges, firing pin on the other end, but that was for launching a mini gren ade.
