Hey Rails. Proximity to the beach has nothing to do with the price of seafood. My family ran restaurants all my life. The last 40 years we had a place about 3/4 of a mile from the boardwalk. I can't remember a time when a PorterHouse wasn't less expensive than anything that swam. Cod, snapper, halibut, prawns, flounder....it didn't matter.

The only way, that I can see, is to

only pay welfare payments, to the

mother for only one child. Start with

new mothers and if they want welfare

they have to be sterilized...if they don't

get sterilized they don't receive a dime...

Same thing with LaQuisha- IF she gets knocked up again, the second time cuts off ALL welfare for her and the first child. Let her and Tyrone (who now has reason to WANT to stick around) go out and get their own means of support IF they want to breed like cockroaches. Same thing with getting high- test clean at random OR lose Everything, PERIOD. If they don't like it, fine.
