I would love to have the oppertunity to fish the places he gets to fish, Hell I would like to go stay at his lodge on the occachobe?? and fish for 1 week. I wonder if it is work for people like him, I bet there are days that he HATES fishing. Thats why I dont fish tournamets, the pressure kills the enjoyment. BTW you should have stiff armed it. That is something to be proud of, not everyone can catch those fish, they dont get that size by being stupid or weak. It takes practice to land a LM that size, and you dont get the chance to practice often.

Im amazed at how aggressive they can be on a reaction strike, Ive seen those little fellers take on bait twice thier size. Nothing like when a 4 or 5 lb fish blows up on a top water plug, it always startles the hell outta me and I yank the plug too soon, and take it from the fish before its in his mouth.

Catching a big one makes a trip memorable. But, like P ogo said....I'd rather spend the day filling a boat with good eating fish.
