Grilled Salmon Filets?
Hey it's the 18th of Dec. and it's 50 degrees and sunny outside right now so I told the wife since it's so nice out, I wanna grill this evening.
So she starts dragging stuff outta the freezer and says, "Take your pick!" she picked breasts for her, and I picked a smallish steak and salmon filets for me. I've never grilled salmon before. Is there any tricks or hints I need to be aware of? Thanks. |

Got a rib rack? Or indirect heat. Smoking it is your best bet

I grill 'em skin side down on soaked cedar planks over direct coals for 15 min or so, depending on thickness.
