Niqqer Sow Ordered $1600 of Girl Scout Cookies & Refused to Pay Keeping Them all for Herself
A fat niqqer sow from Ohio has been caught with her hand in the cookie jar, literally. Noel Hines, 31, accepted a large order for Girl Scout cookies to sell for her daughter's Girl Scout troop in March but when it came time for the bill to be paid, the Girls Scouts of Western Ohio claim they never received any payment.
Girl Scout officials and police say they then tried to contact Hines several times over a period of six months but were never successful at reaching her in order to retrieve the $1,600 that they were owed. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-arrested.html -------- I looked up the niqqrz criminal history in Hamilton County Ohio. There alone she has 18 separate charges. 5 traffic, 12 municipal/civil, and 1 common pleas civil (whatever that is). And believe it or not, one of those is a garnishment of wages. Huh!? Go figure. Why was the fat sweat hawg niqqer sow allowed to have $1600 of cookies on loan in the first place. THAT was just ignt.
