I tried to find what it might be worth & for an eBay listed MK II. Mine is a MK I built in 1989 and is numbered #424. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Chris-Reeve...oAAOSwBCFalQ2W |

When I lived in NJ, I used to go to the Blades Show in NYC and then in the Meadowlands. $3000 ain't nothing. There would be tables where the swords started at $20,000 and went UP.
I've been lucky enough to meet Lile, Beers, Harley, Fogg, Winkler, Hibbens, Dozier and more others than I can bring to mind. All took time to shoot the breeze or explain a particular problem you might be having on a knife that you were building. cerberus |

One year while working the SCI convention (selling Double rifles & safaris) we got free tickets to the American Bladesmith Society convention. We went & checked it out figuring what not it's free. While there we signed their book. I get tickets every year since. They had some crazy priced fines knives!

That guy might be asking $3,000 but it doesn't mean he is going to get it.
