+1 on the easting the muskys. i guess it is what you get used/grew up on. i like my fish a bit meater. grew up on lake salmon trout northern musky. blue gill and perch. bass is ok. now when i got down south and tried catfish well i was not impressed. and yes i tried it many ways both store bought and fresh caught.

Lake trout, coho, northern, perch...all fish I grew up eating too. Still, never heard more than jokes about people eating a musky.
