New Jersey to allow the take of 700 bears in season hunt.
"More than 200 animals taken on first day of N.J. bear hunt"
"As of 5 p.m., when figures were still being compiled, the largest bear taken weighed 658.5 lbs and was hunted at Allamuchy State Park, a DEP spokesman, Bob Considine, said." http://www.nj.com/sussex-county/inde...of_bear_h.html I do not hunt but the bear population in N.J. was getting dangerous and to large. For those who have not been too N.J. the southern half of the state has a lot of undeveloped land and woods. Deer hunters would be surprised N.J. also has a very large deer population. When neighboring Pennsylvania's deer season starts the deer cross the river into N.J. to keep from being shot. N.J. starts shooting the smart critters head back to the offset Pennsylvania deer hunt safe A.O.

Only 700? Why not just treat them like muzzys, join them and become fodder.

No limit, but there's satisfaction in a high score from one position.
