I want this sung at my funeral
I first heard this hymn at the funeral of a dear old lady from our church
congregation several years ago. It touched me deeply, even more so when I read the story of its author, Horatio Spafford. I doubt very much that I'd be able to face the tragedies in his life with his strength, fortitude and faith. But I do know that at the end, this will be a very appropriate song. It Is Well With My Soul.
