I watched a good movie at the theater yesterday
The movie was about J. R. R. Tolkien. He was an English writer, poet, philologist, and academic. He later became a professor at Oxford and is best known for being the author of The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings, and The Silmarillion.
He was an orphan that studied hard finally earned a scholarship to Oxford University. He was a Lieutenant in the British army and fought in the trenches in WWI. I found the movie entertaining. I'm tired of all the super hero movies and movies that rely on graphics and loud noise or filled with niqqers being the president, doctors, generals, bosses, and smart people.

Sounds like there's finally something worth watching.

I saw the previews for that, but forgot when it was coming out. I had put it on my list of movies to see.

Thanks for the info, Pogo - I've been meaning to take Miss Kim to see that one, but I'm the LotR aficionado.

Otherwise I don't think I will go to anymore this year. I heard there is one being made about the battle of Samar, which is one of the U.S Navy's greatest victories so hopefully production has started on that.
