Pastor's Wife has Cancer
I'm sure they won't mind, so I ask that you all would keep my pastor and his wife in your prayers. We got a call from his wife the other night letting my family know directly from the source that her doctors diagnosed her with Breast cancer. It sounds like it will be a long road ahead for her with radiation and chemo treatments to come. She is an awesome Christian lady, a full time nurse and a lay speaker who also pastors one of the local churches. She is on prayer chains all over and our pastor asked this morning and on his facebook to keep her on as many prayers as possible. What ever comes of this, I'm sure both of them will do their best to glorify The Lord in all of it. Her name is Doreen and his is Mark. I'm sure they'll appreciate your prayers. Thanks guys.

Prayers for your pastor's wife sent.
I lost two close family members to this disease; unlike them, I hope and pray that the lady concerned caught the signs early enough.
