Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Default 5 Best Handgun Makers on the Planet...

...(Sig, Glock and Ruger Made the Cut)

Quote:
Ruger’s handguns are generally similar to Ford pickup trucks: simple, reliable
and moderately priced compared to the competition.
https://www.yahoo.com/news/5-best-ha...022500468.html

So let the debate begin.

Personally, I like the analogy above...and I've also liked all my Rugers over
the years, and I'm particularly fond of the SR1911CMD.

The premise is flawed...best handgun makers does not equal the 5 best handguns made.

All makers have hits and missess...

I'd rather see what makes one of the best 5 handguns made article...by design, form and function.

Yeah... The criteria is somewhat flawed. "The Best" can be defined in many ways.

I will say that I have a soft spot for Ruger. They're not always the "best" firearms, but they're always moderately priced and reliable. I love my Ruger LCRX. I also have a MKII, 10-22, SP101, AR556 and P89. Other manufactures produce something "better" in each category, but for the price you can't go wrong with Ruger. Just my 2 cents.

I know this...

I am not taking seriously ANYTHING written by a libtrard and posted on Yahoo.com. Kind of on the same level as listening to Sarah Brady's advice on selection of an "assault rifle" for a Christmas gift.

I ignore "best of" articles because they are always someones opinion and it rarely agrees with mine.

With over 500 years in the business, they should have been on the list, too.
