Hot Wings
For supper tonight I'm going to have hot wings, baked sweet potato with butter, and corn on the cob.
Might not be something a dietitian would say is a balanced meal, but it should taste fine.

That sounds yummy! Sometimes you just have to ignore the dietitian for health and happiness reasons.
I don't know what the heck we're doing for supper tonight. Might charcoal grill some hamburgers or something. Brian

Will shower some water over a bowl of instant oatmeal.
Place it gently in the microwave for two minutes. Remove it with care. Cut a big gob of butter and immerse it into the hot preparation until it is melted. Then stirr in some honey untill it is well distributed. Finally, some whole milk, gently stirred around with those contents. A tablespoon, the tool of choice, for rendering the concoction from bowl to ingestion orifice! Mmmmmmm....... |

Sweet potatoes also have more vitamin C than an orange and tons of vit A.
