Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Default Shot my K-31 today

I finally got around to shooting my K-31 rifle today. I went out right before dark and blasted off a few rounds offhand. It's definitely the nicest military rifle I've ever shot; I was particularly impressed with the trigger, it's as good as everyone says.

I wish modern manufactures would make their triggers as good as the one on that rifle, even my dad's Savage with the Accutrigger isn't any better. It seemed to be right on target, not that I can really judge accuracy shooting offhand at 50 yards with open sights. Recoil wasn't bad, but I did stupidly stick my finger too far into the triggerguard and take some skin off my knuckle. If I have time tomorrow I'll probably shoot off a few rounds from benchrest and see how good I can make it do.

I am glad you enjoyed it. it is truly a nice rifle to shoot. I have not had the problem of sticking my finger into far. not on this rifle atleast. did not realize there was an issue

General Lee,

I'll be incredibly surprised if you are anyhting other than extremly pleased!

They are truly great rifles, and real pieces of History, aside from being mechanical works of art in their own right.

Have Fun!

Regards,

It might be awhile before I get around to it. I think I've got plenty of time before deer season.

OUTSTANDING KARL!

That's a Class Act for sure.

Are those Vitrelli's and older Scmidt-Rubins?

And are they as finely fit and machined as the K-31's are?

Nice family picture there.
