I would take a good guess the people who are supposed to be stopping them would love to stop them. But?
These are Dumbocrat cities and the more violence goes on and the longer it lasts it makes Pres. Trump look weak. Pres. Trump already stated if the A hole commie Dumbocrat mayors don't do something he is about to. He will send in the military and start crushing skulls soon.

At Trump request, Pentagon puts military police on alert to go to Minneapolis Soldiers from Fort Bragg in North Carolina and Fort Drum in New York have been ordered to be ready to deploy within four hours if called, according to three people with direct knowledge of the orders. Soldiers in Fort Carson, in Colorado, and Fort Riley in Kansas have been told to be ready within 24 hours.
