Commie FatAss NJ Attorney general asks makers of ghost guns to stop selling
https://www.ksl.com/?nid=151&sid=463...o-stop-selling
The weapons are illegal in New Jersey, Attorney General Gurbir Grewal said in a letter to the unidentified companies, and the state will sue the gun-makers if they persist. Grewal demanded the companies stop selling and advertising to New Jersey residents assault weapons that are unregistered and lack serial numbers.

Sir, you haven't been paying attention. The Peoples Republik of Nuevo Yersey is not a part of the free world. When you have a stasi that openly brags that their uniforms are modeled after the Geheime Staatspolizei, there is a problem.

I guess the Dot Head and crew are talking about 80% receivers? Yes the Feds have determined them to be legal. So 500grains does Fed law supersede state law in a case like this?
I know to manufacture them to a complete receiver at home and then sell them is illegal I guess everywhere without a license but hell its just a piece of metal until one finishes it? This should get interesting?

4th, I've lived there. It is what ever the dothead says it is. And if you try to do otherwise, you WILL become a felon.
A steak knife in your tackle box is a 'dirk'. A RedRyder is a firearm. I had my car torn apart on the side of the road for almost 4 hours because I had a GUNS&AMMO magazine on the back seat. When you cross the Delaware River, YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS. cerberus |

Under the Supremacy Clause, federal law supersedes state law if Congress intended to fully occupy a field. Examples would be immigration law and patent law. States cannot pass their own immigration laws which is why Arizona had a hard time in federal court during the early Obongo years. In the area of gun laws. Congress has indicated that state law can supplement federal law. So while a home made gun with no s/n is legal under federal law, a state could require all guns to be marked with the maker's name and a unique serial number.

New Joisey is ranked 3rd in the country for crime and correction incarcerations.
Interesting thank you 500grains. Just reading about that whole N.E. corridor and the problems the socialists are having. Conn. is the second most in debt state in the country with taxes second only to Comifornia. New Joisey is 3rd.
Joisey, Taxachusetts, Rhode Island are also going under with their socialist give aways and crime. New Joisey is ranked 3rd in the country for crime and correction incarcerations. I am sure that Dot Heads prosed new gun law will fix everything. Crime & Corrections national rank #3 "3rd worst ranked overall state for crime." Fiscal Stability national rank #49 "Only Conn. and Comifornia are worse." https://www.usnews.com/news/best-states/new-jersey |

Is this true? Really? If this thing is what it's portrayed as I feel the sinking of the modern democracy.
Seriously. |
