Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Question Shorter bolts for MagPul M-lok attachments

Does anyone know if MagPul offers shorter bolts for their M-lok attachments?

I have a free floated barrel with a slimline metal handguard that fits close enough when I put a quick detach sling anchor in the screws contact the barrel.

I know, Lowe’s but Lowe’s fasteners don’t come blued or with the baby shit colored loctite.

I had to do that with some screws for a scope mount, recently. They were bottoming out and not giving a tight mount. But I used a hand file. Took some time - one or two strokes at a time, test, repeat until they tightened down properly.

Doesn't make the job any easier with my eyes getting old and the screws being so tiny to begin with. Think I'm going to need one of those bench mounted magnifiers to do precision work with.

Sounds like a good piece of equipment to have especially for e-clip attaching.
