Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Default The suckage after a range day

Took the wife with this morning. Sighted the Elcan in on the Colt IAR upper using Israeli SS109. Sighted the .300 Whisper in with the upgraded can & the scope on correctly. Tweeked the MRDS in on the dedicated .22 upper.

Walking out to the 100 yard range to post & tetrieve my targets it hit me. Grass pollen is pretty high. They have not mowed due to rain & the grass was in seed stage.

I thought for the most part my eyes had sweat in them as that's how they felt. Got worse when I got home.

I'm allergic to everything with the except horse, dogs & cockroaches. I've had plenty on immunotherapy with the gunpowder brother! Temps today were most likey close to what you have in the swamp. 91 but feels 100. Glad I had cloud cover out there this morning.

Might be a little tired of her after 30 years, but not allergic to her. She ended up going to bed & napping for 2 hours. Same shit hit her as me.

Yesterday I re-painted my Krylon textured Khaki AR upper to Rustoleum flat Sand. Shouldn't have bothered, it's the same color but the Krylon was not flat so it's sort of an improvement.

Got some Rustoleum flat Deep Forrest Green I think I'll try to lightly dust over it and mimic Flat Dark Earth.

Clairitin is what I use for allergies, Benadryl if I need to be in a coma.

Any day at the range is better than working.

The guys that were there when I rolled in were shooting, So I walked down to hang my targets & they wanted a better look @ there's. The made the comment about they were not shooting very well. I replied with a crappy day @ the range beats a great day @ work anyday in my book.

Down on the 600 yard range it looked like they were shooting to qualify for CMP Garands. I'll bet those were the happiest @ the gun club.

Nice toys.

As far as the bad allergies, go to the drugstore & pick up some Allegra-D. Stuff has worked wonders for my wife & myself over the last 5 years or so. It comes in 12 hr & 24 hr pills...I've found the 12 hr to be more effective than the 24.

Make sure you get the Allegra-D. There is also regular Allegra but it doesn't contain the magic decongestant ephedrine.

My go to antihistmine is Promethazine I'm fixing to have another one real quick. My eyes are wasted still. We got to the gun club around 8:30 & left around 11:00.

You had a better day than me! I had my stuff together for a morning range trip and was ready to load the car when four trucks and a car pull up across the street. Seems fiber optic internet is coming to town, so a crew will be roaming around while everybody is at work... No range day for me.
