In 34 years of cutting meat
I met the most ignorant customer yet. He starts out talking about deep frying turkeys & that ends with DEEF FRIED PRIME RIB! I told him even if it was deep fried in tallow it would be the stupidest think I ever heard of.

Last prime rib roast I bought, I paid $100 for.
Then I purchased a new Kitchenaid roasting pan for it, as I could not bear to use one of our cheap roasting pans. Deep fried? Wouldn't even think about it.
