It's good to have options.
Not the option I'd choose, but an option, nonetheless.

Not gonna say I "hate it", but I am more of a traditionalist.
Does give you more fire power. Faster action than bolt, and 30 rds in a changeable mag instead of 6-8 in a tube. Just not a real purdy gun is all |

I find it fantastic that certain locations hobble gun owners so badly, their guns are near useless when it comes to a firefight. Just 2 criminals with unmodified glocks can get off 8-10 rounds per second between them, pop off 60 rounds as they take just three fast steps into the home or business, reload and pop off another 60 rounds.
Yet the conscientious law abiding homeowner is hobbled with a cantankerous firearm that can spit out one accurate round every 2-5 seconds, and he's limited to 6-10 rounds max. Just who benefits from this? As it sure is not the law abiding guy. Traditional firearms are neat, but they have NO PLACE in today's environment. I prefer accurate, capable arms. |

That's just a weird gun. I don't know anyone who'd actually want one. Seriously...
Do any of you gentlemen know anyone who'd actually like this design? Traditionalists aren't going to like it and neither will the tacticool crowd. Most of us fall somewhere in between. Traditionalist: "You took a beautiful design and screwed it up by adding a magazine to it. No different than adding a wind spoiler to a farm tractor." Tacticool: "The lever action is too slow. Give me full auto, or at least semi auto. I need something effective when the zombies attack." |

They will sell well over here so they may be thinking of the export market.
The Remington 7615 have sold like hot cakes over here same as the adler lever shotguns since pump shotguns are verboten. |
