I have and carry a Keltec PF9. I've shot it enough to feel very comfortable with it and expect it to go bang when needed. Accuracy is plenty good for the intended purpose - shoots 4" groups at 25 yards if you hold em but it's really a 10 yard gun. Very light, very thin and yes, very economical.
I carry mine in a Crossbreed holster. Mini tuck IIRC. I wouldn't recommend this for a range gun - it is definately a carry gun.

I forgot to mention, the keltec p40 is awesome if you dont limp wrist it
I want to find another for myself....my aunt and father both have them right now and love em. Love/hate....love keltec's neat guns (pmr30, ksg, etc). Hate waiting over a year for them. Also hate waiting still for a threaded pmr30 barrel :P
