Entrance was in his ass cheek, bullet traveled up under the skin and came out the top of his shoulder. I saw the shoulder scar - declined to see the ass cheek scar.

After that, he was a 5-shooter believer. He got freaked when he saw me carrying six in my Super Blackhawk, and told me his story and showed me the scar.

So, the fixed pin was not resting between the top two cartridge rims, otherwise that would not have happened.

As stated by others, the 3 screw should hold up better for long term value. If you have it converted, go with the manufacturer doing it to protect your investment.
