Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Default Massive Stopping Power — The Guncrafter Industries M3 .50GI

Imagine using this for a carry gun....wow.

Massive Stopping Power — The Guncrafter Industries M3 .50GI

The .50 GI is designed to be a controllable personal defense handgun with the largest bore diameter available. The .50 GI (Guncrafter Industries) cartridge uses a rebated rim so that it functions within the 1911 .45 standard envelope. It operates at the same power level as the .45 ACP, and therefore at the same level of felt recoil.

Any ballistic gel pictures available? I'd love to compare it to a .45 acp and check penetration. It's still a nice chunk of metal doing 1000fps.

Looks like fun. But I think I would rather have a 10mm.

Yep. Your .44 Mag would have a lot more whallop.

Rebated head cartridges are not progressive reloader friendly.

My son bought the Glock upper in the .50 GI. It was fun but the price of ammo was ridiculous (Only available from Guncrafter) and he ended up selling it. Can't attest to longevity cause he didn't have it long enough.

And how does it compare to the Desert Eagle AE.50....except maybe size and weight?

That came to my mind when I saw the cartridge. It's the reason that the 41 Action Express failed to be a popular round and is now pretty much extinct.
