Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Default Peach/Poblano Sauce

I had peaches by the bushel and got tired of canning them so I worked up this sauce which goes well on pork. Haven't tried it on chicken yet. This was the original experimental batch as follows.
4 peaches, peeled and pitted.
3 Poblano peppers roasted, skinned, and seeded
1 large clove of garlic or the equivalent of 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/4 cup(60 ml) Apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
3 tablespoons honey
1tablespoon salt or adjust to taste
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and liquify. Place mixture in pot on stove and simmer. Use hot to baste meat

Sounds good! I'd probably go a little heavier on the honey and use it as a glaze on a bbq pork butt, loin, or even a baked ham.

As it is the peach is good and sweet+ the honey in the recipe works really great on pork chops (I damn near bit my toungue off eating supper last night) More honey to make a thicker glaze would be good if you are careful not to let it burn

Yes it does sound good. The spiciness of the peppers is offset but the sweetness of the peaches.
