My foot stretch exercises
I do 3 sets of 10, 30 seconds each, 3 times a day. Once set of 3 with my knee bent and one set of 3 with my knee straight.
I'm using my skateboard shoes to keep my foot flat to the piece of 6x6 post that I'm using. Foot Stretch Exercise by John Danley, on Flickr
