Buffalo Turds
They're a mighty tasty appetizer if I do say so myself.
What are 'Turds', you ask? 1 to 1 1/2 lbs of Jalapenos (at least 2-3" long) 1 package of Cream Cheese 1 package of Cocktail weenies 3 packages of Bacon (thick sliced with as little fat as possible) This will make 45-50 'turds'. Cut the stems off and Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise & scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Rinse them under cold water to remove seeds you may have missed. Stuff jalapenos with cream cheese and cocktail weenie Wrap with bacon strip and 'pin' it together with a toothpick. Toss on the smoker until the bacon is done. Enjoy!
