Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Default New rear sight blade for the Model 29-2

I love my Model 29-2. But I noticed it would not hold a zero. Sometimes it would be tits on and other times it would miss by 2 ft. Now, I'm no expert shot, but I dang sure know I'm not THAT bad!

After taking it out a few weeks ago and finding that if I shot at a steel target, it would hit the one to the left of it (about 12"), something had to not be quite right.

Turns out there is quite a bit of play in the windage screw, and when I turn it, it will move the blade, then lock up. A little back and forth and it feels like it is stripped.

Fortunately for me, Midway USA had one in stock, made by Smith & Wesson, for $11 and change. I might have to go to Harbor Freight and get some magnifying goggles to work on the dang thing, though.

Sanders, whatever you get make sure the glass is actually glass, not plastic.

I have a lamp similar to this for working on small parts.
