Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Default Bayer shares jump on report of U.S. antitrust deal on Monsanto

Nothing good can come of this. Two evil companies merging into one. What could possibly go wrong?

Quote:
Bayer (BAYGn.DE) shares jumped nearly 5 percent on Tuesday following a media report that the U.S. Justice Department will allow the German drugs and pesticides group to acquire Monsanto (MON.N) in a $62.5 billion deal.
Quote:
The takeover, one of a trio of major deals in the agribusiness sector in recent years, would create a company with a share of more than a quarter of the world’s seed and pesticides market. A souring global farm economy has spurred consolidation among the major players, triggering protests from environmental and farming groups worried about their market power.

The deal reduces competition for sales of seeds and chemicals to farmers struggling with low crop prices, raising the risk for price gouging, said Wenonah Hauter, executive director for Food & Water Watch, an advocacy group.

Banks done that. Big banks bought out small banks and raised their fees. Amazon has done that and still is. Soon there will be only a handful of companies that have control of all of the commodities in the world and have a stranglehold on the people. They will be able to charge whatever they want - pay or do without.

Lanxess Plastics, Addyston -- Ohio Citizen Action
www.ohiocitizen.org/campaigns/bayer/bayer.html

The company that was Monsanto, then Bayer, then Lanxess – and now Lustran Polymers – is about to change one more time. ... ADDYSTON -- "Ohio Citizen Action, ..
MONSANTO was caught dumping toxic waste into the Ohio River in the late 80s. They paid a fine and the Plant had a name change. Still making the same shit 30 years later.
