Boston Butt
Slow roasted Boston Butt seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, brown sugar, sage and rosemary with roasted yellow squash, zucchini, onions and daikon radish on the side.
Sliced up with the vegetables for tonight and a LOT of pulled pork with barbecue sauce sandwiches later.

That reminds me. I do mine in a vintage Rival 5QT crockpot. I got it used but like new over 25 years old and still works. Last time I made pulled pork in it was for New Years.
