Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Default Here's probably my favorite long distance shooting gun..

It's a Ruger Number one that I bought many years ago. It is in 25-05 caliber. Extremely flat shooting rifle.

25-06 is catching on around these parts as a pretty effective deer gun

25-06 is a very adaptable round. It can be used on everything from moose to whitetail with no problem. Even make a ground hog explode if you wanted to.

I'd like to try my 300 for some distance shooting. So far I've only tested it out to 400 yards.

That's a nice looking rifle you got there. I've always loved the sleek look of the Ruger No. 1's, just couldn't bring myself to drop that much $ on one.

.25-06 is a great caliber. I thought it was crappy... until I actually fired one.

I just noticed this question, so I'll answer it now. No, it's not hard to find. But I've got tons of 30-06 cases, and I neck them down to 25-06 and load my own.
