Good score DGR. NICS is wierd sometimes. I got held up once for some unknown reason. My last name is not a common one either.

I always get held uo when I buy long guns but never when I buy pistols. The feds do the checking for the pistols but the state does them for the long guns. The store owner asked me if I had ever had a security clearance and when I said yes he said that was the problem with the state .......the records show that an investigation had been done on me and that put up a flag. It always gets approved after the delay.
