Cabelas used to sell Meindl. I bought a pair and they were comfortable.

The big chains always do this. They introduce a good name brand product. Then they try to cut the price with the name brand. Then they make a copy, but inferior and cheaper, and drop the name brand.

They are good, after reading this I ordered some, a Lil pricey but worth it, got ripped off on a pair of redwings last year. Because of COVID I couldn’t go inside the redwing store to try on boots so I settled on these hiker redwings which suck.

I did good with the redwing king toe but after 2 years they were falling apart. Read the description from meindl which states what size to order. Mine said order a full size smaller than your typical shoe size, so I ordered a 11.5, I usually wear a 12 and didn’t think a 11 would be comfortable but I believe I could fit in these at size 11.
