The 54-page indictment filed in federal district court in Houston was unsealed Friday and charges Cuellar with 14 counts including conspiracy, bribery, and money laundering. He is also accused of acting as a foreign agent to benefit the government of Azerbaijan.

It was and arrest to appease the moms and dads out their and take the heat off our politicians who are getting rich allowing it into our country. It's not the police not doing their job its scum politicians like this one and many others 'Slow Joe' the BIG Guy who is keeping their hands tied. Oh their is lots more in the swamp on the take $$ this one was just unlucky and got caught.

Just like bob menendez in the senate cuellar will continue voting in CONgress and nothing will happen before the statute of limitations (if it applies) will run out. Unless Trump gets elected and then hopefully a new DOJ will start putting pressure on these pending cases.
