Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

gun Just ordered a new holster.....

I've got 3 OWB holsters now.

The first two I bought.....well, I was trying to get by 'cheap'. However, I found them lacking several ways.

The first leather holster I bought was a Triple K 'thumb break'. It allowed my pistol to 'move around' on my belt too much for my liking. The belt loop is a 'one size fits all'.......meaning that it'll fit up to a 2" belt. I wear a 1 1/2" belt.

So, the second holster I bought was a Blackhawk Serpa CQC. Plastic. I loved the retention and adjustment for different belt widths, but hated how 'far out' away from my body that it held my pistol. Plus, somehow it scratched the top of the slide of my 1911A1. Also came with a 'paddle conversion'.

My third holster is from Springfield Armory. It's the leather OWB for the 5" 1911 that they sell. I love it!!! It has great retention, looks good and holds my pistol tight to my side.

The holster I just ordered is from a small holster maker based in the Twin Cities MN area. He's gotten a lot of reviews on his holsters from members of 'The Carry Forum' (a MN based forum pertaining to legally carrying a pistol in MN). He's also been featured in a national magazine.

I've been wanting a IWB holster for some time now, so I figured, "What the hell!" and ordered it.

Anyways, here's the guy/company I ordered it from.

I ordered the Double Tuck Snap IWB. He doesn't have the exact holster that I ordered pictured on his website, but here's some pics of the 'clip' type of what I ordered.

I too like the Triple K..........except for the belt loop. It's too wide and there's not enough stitching. I had to have it restitched once due to pulled threads. I don't recall snagging my pistol grip on anything to make the threads rip.

I have Triple K holsters for 1911, XDm, SAA and Python, and two Triple K gunbelts (.357 loops and .44/45 loops). For the price they are excellent, well made all purpose gunleather. Of course there are more specialized (and $$$) holsters for specific needs, but I likes me some Triple K.
