Ad Block Plus
Anyone else using this? I'm finding more and more sites are blocking folks using ad blockers.
Some sites just give a nag screen popup that politely asks you to disable your ad blocker, and others just flat out block you until you turn it off. I just figure they have nothing there I want to read, so back out.

I use it and a lot of times a script blocker will override the blocker blockers. I use Ad Block Latitude for Pale Moon. If they don't, I don't need to visit their site. I pay for my bandwidth and I don't need to pay to be advertised to.
Also, there are blockers that block a lot of ad sites at the server level. uBlock Origin is a pretty good one, once you get used to it. Brian

There are plenty of websites that don't require you to turn off your ad blocker. I won't visit the ones that do.

I was using Adblock Plus until about a month ago when Firefox decided to disable it. I switched to uBlock origin and I like it better than Adblock. It seems to let the computer run a little faster and it blocks more stuff than Adblock.
And like others have said, if a site insists that I be bombarded with their ads, I'll just go elsewhere.

I use ublock origin also. Heck with the sites that want me to turn it off.

Those websites that want you to turn off an adblocker will load a bunch of unwanted crap on your computer if you turn it off. Screw them. I'll go elsewhere.
